The Park City Ski Team provides exceptional coaching, the tools of the trade (gates, radios, video equipment, etc.), safe vehicles, locker rooms, meeting/classrooms, offices, liability coverage, and all of the other aspects involved in running the business of the program.
The team operates from our spacious Headquarters and Team facility at the Park City Mountain Resort thanks, in part, to a generous contribution from the Richard Marriott family.
This comprehensive facility allows us to centralize and expand the Team’s commitment to deliver the education components of the sport, video review, equipment maintenance and modification, clerical support, and communication resources that will match the level of the athletic component.
The Team maintains a roster of over 190 athletes. On any given winter weekend PCST athletes are racing locally, regionally, nationally and internationally within the following Program Structure:
FIS Women A & B Team (U21,U19)
Athletes on the Women’s FIS Team compete on a national and international level. Training schedule – Tuesday thru Friday morning and afternoon session, Saturday and Sunday full days. Conditioning daily beginning June 1st.
FIS Men A & B Team (U21,U19)
Athletes on the Men’s FIS Team compete on a national and international level. Training schedule – Tuesday thru Friday morning and afternoon session, Saturday and Sunday full days. Conditioning daily beginning June 1st.
is comprised of U16 athletes that are on the verge of making the A Team. Athletes on the B Team compete in Divisional, Regional, and national level events. Training schedule – Tuesday thru Friday afternoons (most athletes will be available 3 of the 4 afternoons), Saturday and Sunday full days and two morning sessions for available athletes. Conditioning four days per week beginning after June 1 or August 25.
is comprised of U14 athletes. The program has 2 program offerings; non-early release and early release. The athletes compete in Divisional and Regional competitions. Training schedule for early release athletes is; Tuesday- Friday afternoon, Tuesday and Thursday nights, Saturday and Sunday full days. Conditioning 4 afternoons per week beginning the first week in September. The non-early release program is Tuesday and Thursday 4-6:30pm. Conditioning is Tuesday and Thursday 4-6pm beginning in mid-September.
is comprised of U12 athletes. The athletes compete in Divisional competitions. Training schedule – Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday full days. Conditioning two afternoons per week beginning after Labor Day.
is comprised of U12 and U10 athletes. These young athletes compete in Divisional Events. Training schedule – Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday full days, occasional mid week evening for race preparation.
is comprised of U18-U12 athletes that desire a program with less committment. This program begins in early December and meets 2.5 days a week with a Wednesday night option, Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday throughout the season. There is not a dryland component and races are scheduled based on athlete interest.
